Honey Glazed Strawberries Served in a Chocolate Dipped Bowl New England Culinary Institute Ingredients:
Procedure:Melt dark chocolate in either microwave or double boiler. Blow up balloon, and dip in chocolate. Wash berries. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on wax paper. Let harden in fridge. Mix strawberries, honey and mint together in a bowl. Whip heavy cream and sugar together until thick. Garnish plate with confectioner's sugar and mint. Fill chocolate bowl with strawberry mixture, whipped cream, and fresh berries. |
